Unraveling, becoming, aligning: A New Moon Awakening.

Happy New Moon in Aquarius, my loves.

(Side note: The phrase “my loves” is a voice in my headI usually leave out of my writing and communication, but today it felt right).

Do you feel it? The shifts happening within us and all around us?

Maybe it’s a gentle whisper, or perhaps it’s a loud scream.

Either way, change is here. Life is moving.

I feel it deeply. I’ve felt it for quite some time now—sometimes with uncertainty, other times with clarity.

As someone with an Aquarius Sun, Mars, and Uranus, I resonate with this energy. I’ve always wanted to do things my way, no matter how unconventional or outside societal norms. I love encouraging others to break free from the narratives they’ve been taught and instead follow their truth.

And this moment, the Aquarius New Moon, the start of the Lunar New Year, and the Age of Aquarius—isn’t just another astrological event.

It’s a call.

A call to step deeper into our purpose. To dissolve the outdated versions of ourselves. To release the stories that no longer serve who we are becoming.

The Aquarius New Moon is a cosmic reset. It’s an invitation to break free from outdated structures and step into a future that aligns with our soul’s truth.

Aquarius is the sign of rebellion, innovation, and visionary thinking. Aquarius urges us to challenge the norm, embrace individuality, and connect with like-minded souls who share our values.

This New Moon is even more potent because it coincides with the Lunar New Year, marking a fresh energetic chapter. It also takes place within the broader collective shift into the Age of Aquarius, an era that emphasizes authenticity, freedom, and forward-thinking change.

To say that big changes and energy shifts are upon and happening is an understatement.

Look, I’m not an astrology expert, but I do follow and listen to them closely and connect and reflect on how I feel these Astro shifts are happening in my life. So this is my interpretation and gathered knowledge.

Some themes you may experience for this New Moon in Aquarius are:

• Releasing outdated narratives—especially those tied to success, identity, and belonging.

• Embracing authenticity—stepping into your truth without fear of judgment.

• Innovative thinking—allowing new ideas, creative inspiration, and unconventional solutions to take form.

• Finding your soul tribe—connecting with people who align with your vision and values.

• Freedom & expansion—breaking free from limitations and embracing a more liberated way of living, working, and expressing yourself.

I’m sitting with this energy and asking myself: What am I ready to let go of so I can step fully into the life I’m meant to create?

The ideas of how I should live.

What success is supposed to look like.

Who I should be as an entrepreneur.

How I should look, act, connect, exist.

I’m releasing it all.

Because these transitions, these cosmic shifts, they aren’t random. They are realignments, nudging us toward the path we are meant to walk.

If we listen, we’ll hear them whispering:

This way. Keep going. You are meant for more.

And in that space, I’m getting clear about what I truly desire.

Right now, I exist in a place where nothing and everything coexists—all at once. And it is beautiful (and a little bit scary).

As I move through these shifts, I’m allowing the clearing to happen.

I’m choosing different.

I’m making space for more freedom.

More individuality.

More truth.

More connection.

More realness—but a realness that is for me.

I’m saying fuck it to the version of myself I thought I had to be. To the illusions of what my life should look like. I’m choosing something different.

I’m allowing myself to follow what lights up my heart, surround me with people I love, become filled with deep passion and purpose… even if I have had past doubts that I’m good enough, skilled enough, know enough.

All of the shit that doesn’t actually matter in the grand scheme of things, I’m saying fuck it so I can move forward into a life that I truly love, that feels true to me.

As we move through this Aquarius New Moon and step deeper into the Age of Aquarius, we (as a collective) are being called to break free from the old and embrace a new way of being. One that is rooted in authenticity, connection, and purpose.

This is a time to dive into who we are becoming, to align with our truth, and to surround ourselves with those who see and support us and our evolution.
